Compensation Manager Swoon | Tinley Park, IL Are you someone who enjoys building structure within compensation programs and taking ownership of projects that move an organization forward? We are partnered with a well-established industrial organization in Tinley Park seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation initiatives. This role will play an important part in strengthening compensation practices, ensuring consistency, and partnering with senior HR leadership to execute key programs.This is a hybrid role with onsite requirements 3-4 days per week.
