Accounting Clerk

If so, please read on...We are looking for an accounting clerk at our corporate location. We are seeking a self-motivated individual that has strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization skills, is results driven with the ability to work independently and multitask.ResponsibilitiesProvide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable.Reviews, billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.Type accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records. Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.Help and support to company personnel.Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.Communicate with clients concerning delinquency and/or billing issues.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.Good oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and WordAuthorized to work for any employer in the United States.Valid driver’s license.PreferredAssociate’s degree or relevant certification.Experience working in Acumatica.Physical DemandsEssential functions of this job require the following minimal physical demands.
