What We Are Looking For: indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Porsche Product Specialist/ Lot Porter to join our Porsche Little Rock team. This Is What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment Comprehensive insurance plans for our Full-Time team members- medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings account Brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment Opportunity for advancement in a growing company 401(k) plus match Paid vacation days for Full Time team members, sick days, and holidays Here Is What An Ordinary Day Of Work May Look Like: Organize the New & Used Inventory daily Daily touch up/detail frontline inventory Communicate directly with technicians to plan/organize the reconditioning/detail process Misc. tasks related to the New and Used Inventory Greet customers and make them feel at ease Retrieve cars from the back lot and offsite lot Drive dealership vehicles with great care and responsibility Ensure that the pre-delivery has been properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the guest (cleaned and with a full tank of fuel). Set a proper expectation for the length of delivery. Provide a thorough explanation and demonstration of vehicle features and controls. Master vehicle product knowledge prior to delivery for the customer. Personalize the vehicle delivery to the customer's needs. Oversee the guest's first real interaction with their new Porsche. Utilize all resources and applications to assist in product information support. Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship. The Opportunity Is For You If You Have: Positive attitude Extremely organized with a dedicated attention to detail. Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality. Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Previous Porter experience a plus.
