Since 1975's Raoul's has been a leading French restaurant.  Who you are: The Closing Manager is responsible for leading our team with a strong emphasis on organization and warm hospitality across all front-of-house operations. You are someone who leads by being a great example on the floor and teaches in real time. In addition to a warm and strong demeanor, the Manager must possess a professional, polished approach to leadership to ensure the successful execution of service and hospitality.  What you’ll do: Provide and inspire genuine hospitality by being a great example on the floor, strength to read the room, identifying opportunities in real time, and taking a proactive approach to ensure a memorable guest experience.  Supervise the close the restaurant and ensure all closing procedures are followed.  Maintain precise knowledge and adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Ensure all front of house staff follow all company procedures and steps of service.  Create working relationships with our guests, and be a point of contact should they have any issues or concerns.  What we need from you: 7+ years dining room experience in hospitality & fine dining management.  Must have French food experience. Fine dining experience preferred.   Exceptional wine knowledge.
