Assembly Mechanic

Assembly Mechanic is to be able to prepare work to be accomplished by understanding production requirements and assembly instructions, this position requires a good understanding of sub-assemblies, tool knowledge, shop experience, and to be knowledgeable in reading measurements and reporting production issues to supervisor. Maintains supplies for assembly process and anticipating production needs. Maintains a clean and compliant work area and resolves assembly problems by notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. Must have basic hand tools or the ability to acquire necessary tools for independent assignment. Pay is based on experience.
