Communicate with production and management on all issues within the plant.Job LocationThis is an onsite role based in Hurst, TX Job ResponsibilitiesVisually inspect and test machinery and equipmentOrganize and plan maintenance each dayPrepare for scheduled maintenanceResponsible for organization of schedules for special projects, in addition to preventative maintenanceMaintain good house-keeping within shop and all maintenance areasResponsible for adherence to safety rules and making certain all monthly safety meetings are held with all maintenance employees in attendanceOrder parts needed for special projects and regular maintenance suppliesListen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machineDismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired partsClean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machineryResponsible for training and supervising other members of maintenance teamJob RequirementsMust have knowledge in block productionPossess mechanical, hydraulic, welding and fabrication abilitiesComputer skills a plusTeamwork and problem solving a mustPLC programming / understanding a plusWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
