Our client, a global leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 5 to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor 5, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Facilities Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 5 Location: Bedford, IN 47421 Pay Range: $48 – $55 per hour Schedule: Requires flexibility across all three shifts What’s the Job? Support and enforce corporate safety policies and plant housekeeping standards Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine root causes Supervise construction, maintenance activities, and multi‑trade teams Execute planned maintenance and meet SPQRC goals (Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost) Complete assignments within budget, manpower, and scheduling requirements What’s Needed? Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and required overtime Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings Mechanical and electrical knowledge; experience in machine/assembly/facility operations Prior supervision of multi‑trade workforce in a manufacturing environment Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer skills What’s in it for me?
