Call Center Representative

Lifekind Health is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer service answering inbound calls and responding to questions about Lifekind services. About the position: Answer inbound patient calls, responding to medical concerns and questions Provide accurate information on medications, treatments, and healthcare services Document patient interactions in electronic health records (EHRs) Triage urgent patient concerns, escalating to healthcare providers as needed Schedule appointments and follow-up care Educate patients on self-care and disease management Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure continuity of care Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications: High school diploma required;Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, or CCMA) preferred 2+years experiencein healthcare, preferably in patient care Experience in call center or customer servicepreferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize with patients and families Proficiency inElectronic Health Records (EHRs e.g., Epic, Cerner) Good organizational skills required Bilingual or multilingual skillsa plus High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher Generous salary and benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage options for you and eligible dependents Free basic Life/AD&D, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability policies for those enrolled in medical, plus additional voluntary coverage options 401(k) Retirement plan Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Generous vacation, sick, and holiday benefits Lifekind Health and Savas Software are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
