Regional Sales Representative

Domo Engineering Plastics US, LLC is located in Buford, GA. and has over 20 years of experience in the plastics compounding industry. Our North American sales team functions not only as commercial representatives, but as technical service engineers as well. Many of our sellers have significant experience working as project engineers, hands on processors, and/or part and tool designers in the injection molding and OEM arenas. This experience mates well with true application development – matching custom compounds to custom part requirements.Under the guidance of the Director of Operations N.A., the Regional Sales Representative provides field technical service and increases sales volume and margin in Upper Midwest Territory via growth at existing accounts, qualification of new accounts: Developing existing customers and new businessResearching prospective accounts (knocking on doors)Pursuing leads and moving them through the technical sales cycleResearching, planning, and implementing sales initiativesDevelop plans for business and revenue growthHandle pricing, executing the pipeline, responsible for the growth in upper Midwest territoryUnderstand the principles of Domo Chemicals materials and products, to generate businessRequirementsMust reside or relocate to assigned territory (Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, or Greater Chicago area)Experience in the plastics industry: injection molding, the automotive industry or with a comparable technical background to serve multiple markets: automotive, electrical and electronic industry, consumer goods, contract manufacturers.Minimum 10 years of professional experience (15 years preferred), with combined experience in technical and commercial roles.Technical Degree in Engineering.
