The team advises across the full lifecycle of restructurings, including:Large, complex Chapter 11 casesOut-of-court restructurings and special situationsLiability management transactionsDebtor, creditor, sponsor, and investor representationsAssociates are exposed early to meaningful responsibility, strategic decision-making, and direct client interaction.The Ideal CandidateYou are a strong performer with 4 - 6 years of experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, or special situations at a leading law firm. You bring both technical excellence and commercial sophistication.You have:Experience handling large-scale Chapter 11 and/or complex out-of-court restructuringsA solid command of restructuring principles and bankruptcy lawExposure to transactional components of restructurings, including: Plan negotiationsDIP and exit financingAsset salesRestructuring support agreementsLiability management transactionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong judgment and the ability to manage multiple sophisticated mattersOutstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law schoolActive membership in the New York BarCareer Development & AdvancementThis firm is deeply committed to transparency, mentorship, and long-term growth.
