In this high-impact role, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Global Leadership to turn data into insights that shape pricing, investment, and commercial strategy.This is a highly visible role where finance directly influences revenue, margin, and market performance across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Global Travel Retail.Qualifications/RequirementsWhat You'll DoDrive insights on volume, revenue, pricing, mix, and profitability across global marketsLead annual planning (AOP), forecasting, and monthly performance reviewsOptimize trade spend and marketing investments to improve ROIPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, Supply Chain, and OperationsBuild financial models and storytelling that influence senior leadership decisionsSupport pricing and route-to-market strategy with data-driven analysisWhat You Bring4+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysisStrong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasetsAbility to translate data into clear, actionable business insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldExperience with Oracle EPM or Power BI a plusBilingual in Spanish
