Job Description/Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Analyst Global Commercial Finance to help drive profitable growth across our global business. In this high-impact role, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Global Leadership to turn data into insights that shape pricing, investment, and commercial strategy.
This is a highly visible role where finance directly influences revenue, margin, and market performance across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Global Travel Retail.
Qualifications/Requirements
What You'll Do
Drive insights on volume, revenue, pricing, mix, and profitability across global markets
Lead annual planning (AOP), forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
Optimize trade spend and marketing investments to improve ROI
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Operations
Build financial models and storytelling that influence senior leadership decisions
Support pricing and route-to-market strategy with data-driven analysis
What You Bring
4+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience with Oracle EPM or Power BI a plus
Bilingual in Spanish
