Payroll Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong payroll experience and good analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:Support Payroll integrations and retirement services for multiple parties.Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll and retirement benefit reporting.Perform data analysis and reconciliation using advanced Excel functions.Generate reports and insights related to payroll and retirement benefits.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely processing.Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory:1+ years of experience in PayrollStrong understanding of payroll componentsHands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)Good to Have:Experience with 401(k) Retirement ServicesKnowledge of employee benefits administration
