You&#39;ll receive hands&#x2011;on training, mentorship from salon leaders, and real&#x2011;world experience that prepares you for future leadership opportunities within Mango Salon.This role makes a meaningful impact every day-on our guests, our team, and our company.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Customer ServiceGreet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidenceConfirm salon services and rebook follow&#x2011;up appointmentsProcess credit card transactions accuratelyLearn and use salon management softwareMaintain product, service, and promotion knowledge to support guestsSalon Operations & Floor SupportHelp coordinate the service floor to ensure smooth daily operationsAssist with staff coverage and designer schedulesSupport salon leadership with communication and implementation of Mango initiativesCollaborate with team members across departments to meet guest needsLeadership Development & Team SupportLearn to lead by example and support team successAssist with training, coaching, and motivating team membersAnticipate team needs in a fast&#x2011;paced environmentLearn and follow Mango systems, processes, and standardsWhat We&#39;re Looking ForPersonable: Friendly, positive, and passionate about serving othersAccountable: Reliable and eager to learn new systems and responsibilitiesOrganized: Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentAdaptable & Flexible: Able to work evenings and weekends as requiredMotivated: Interested in the beauty industry with a desire for long&#x2011;term career growthPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shiftAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. as neededWho We AreFounded in 2003, Mango Salon is an award&#x2011;winning salon group proudly serving the Richmond area with three locations.
