Program Manager

Overview In this role you lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex product development programs from proposal through production readiness, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and technically compliant outcomes. You will coordinate engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet milestones and satisfy customer requirements. The position emphasizes transitioning from development to production and maintaining program health through metrics and stakeholder communication. This is a chance to impact aerospace systems for customers and work within a Lean, process-driven environment.
