ResponsibilitiesFunction as a key business partner to the Sr. Manager FP&A Office. Partnering with the Business Unit Team members to provide support and advice on all financial elements of the business. Provide support by performing various divisional revenue and expense reviews, budgeting/forecast planning and supporting our divisional partners. Analysis of revenue and gross margin trends, including but not limited to customer profitability, regional profitability and price, volume mix analysis Support Business Unit Team members to help identify key opportunities to improve financial performance and grow the business profitably Analysis of headcount and operating expense trends, performance to target and year-over-year variances Proactively working with stakeholders to meet financial objectives Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and long-range strategic plan process for the region and strategy teams Work with senior leaders to prepare accurate and credible monthly, quarterly and annual financial presentations Help drive business decisions by providing actionable financial reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis Drive continuous improvement via process enhancement and technology enablement Support special projects and other various strategic initiatives as needed Work closely with Commercial and other stakeholders to ensure Finance is a Trusted Business Partner QualificationsStrong Excel modeling skills (i.e. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIF). Working knowledge of Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as a team-player, including complex and dynamic teams. Ability to maintain demanding timeliness. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work simultaneously on multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment. Experience from an international set-up. Must be prepared to work flexible hours. Prolonged sitting in front of a computer 1-5 years of finance or accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA preferred.
