Based in Zellwood, FL, we are passionate about creating impactful developments that serve our community.Role DescriptionThe Finish Grade Base Foreman leads and performs final grading and base preparation to precise tolerances for sitework and roadwork. This is a hands-on role requiring expert equipment operation and finish-grade accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Operate equipment (dozer, skid steer, loader, grader) for fine grading and base finishingLead crew during final grade operations and ensure production goals are metRead and interpret plans, grade stakes, and elevationsUtilize GPS machine control systems (Topcon, Trimble, or similar)Ensure proper compaction, drainage, and finished surface tolerancesCoordinate with survey and management to maintain grade accuracyEnforce safety standards and maintain jobsite qualityRequirements:Proven experience in fine grading and base finishingHigh-level proficiency operating equipment for finish workExperience with GPS grading systems (Topcon, Trimble, etc.)Strong attention to detail and grade accuracyAbility to read plans and elevationsLeadership experience preferredValid driver’s license with a good driving recordCompensation:Pay based on experience
