DescriptionWe are in search of a dedicated Concrete Foreman to oversee our concrete crew and ensure all construction projects, from start to finish, are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.The Concrete Foreman responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities, ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations, and supervising and directing personnel.Our ideal candidate is experienced in managing crews, knowledgeable about construction procedures, and proficient in using concrete construction equipment.The role of the Concrete Foreman is to ensure the highest quality of concrete work that meets project specifications and exceeds client expectations.RequirementsOverseeing the operations at the job site, including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crewsReading and interpreting blueprints and construction plansEstimating and ordering the required materials for the projectSupervising and training a team of concrete laborers and finishersEnsuring all safety protocols are followed on the job siteInspecting the quality of work and materialsPlanning and scheduling the phases of the construction projectsCommunicating project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managersPerforming and overseeing various stages of concrete work such as setting forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfacesMaintaining equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs when necessary
