We're looking for a Chief Clinical Officer who can lead with both clinical excellence and operational insight- advancing value-based care and sustainable growth across 25+ clinics.How You'll Make an ImpactLead clinical strategy, quality, and patient safety across diverse, community-based settingsAdvance value-based care, care management, and use of innovative AI modelsPartner with operations/finance on access, growth, and performance (MLR, quality, experience)Develop clinical leaders, recruit/retain talent, and foster a culture of compassion + accountabilityProvide direct patient care in one of our primary care sitesWho you are:Board-certified (FM/IM) with 5+ years of clinical leadership, success in value-based and multi-site environments, and a mission-driven, collaborative mindset.Location: Hybrid: 2 Clinic Days in a Med First Clinic/2 Admin Days remote
