I am looking for a Sourcing & Category Management Specialist to join a global healthcare leader’s enterprise procurement team in Irving, TX.This is a 12-month contract (with potential for expansion) designed for someone who thrives in complex negotiations and high-value Professional Services sourcing.💰 Pay Rate: $59.00/hr 📍 Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid - must be local) 📅 Contract: 12 MonthsThe Day-to-Day:Lead the Full RFP Process: Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for Professional Services (Consulting, IT, Managed Services).Strategic Negotiations: Drive commercial terms, rate cards, and pricing structures to ensure maximum value.Contracting Excellence: Partner closely with Legal and Finance to draft and execute SOWs, SLAs, and MSA amendments.Category Strategy: Move beyond transactional buying to support long-term category management and supplier performance analysis.What You Bring to the Table:7+ years of enterprise-level procurement or sourcing experience.Deep expertise in Professional Services: You understand how to source "people-based" services, not just products.Commercial Acumen: You know your way around a Statement of Work (SOW) and aren't afraid of complex contract language.Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally with ease.Interested?
