Electrical Systems Integration Engineer

Electrical Systems Integration Engineer (Launch) – Allen Park, MI (100% Onsite) Pay: Up to $42.31 per hour We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to support vehicle launch and development activities for a leading automotive organization. This temporary, on‑site role is ideal for professionals with a background in automotive electrical systems, vehicle integration, validation testing, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Support the design, integration, and launch of vehicle electrical systems and electronic modules. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure electrical system compatibility and wiring integration. Develop and execute validation plans, testing procedures, and system‑level requirements. Diagnose and resolve electrical, software, and network communication issues. Support vehicle builds, launch activities, pre‑production events, and assembly plant operations. Perform CAN network analysis, module programming, data collection, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards. Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and program deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive electrical systems, vehicle integration, or launch engineering. Experience with vehicle electronics, wiring systems, CAN tools, module flashing, and electrical diagnostics. Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced automotive development environment.
