Join our team at Preferred Family Healthcare as a TAY Adult Administrative Support Specialist, supporting our Transition-Age Youth (TAY) Adult Team. This key team member coordinates and monitors non-clinical operations for the multidisciplinary team, ensures timely and accurate client intake, and provides vital receptionist and triage services to support communication between clients, families, and clinicians.
