The Temporary Analytical Chemistry Senior Research Associate / Chromatography Specialist will primarily carry out prep SFC and HPLC on drug discovery compounds to support our internal drug discovery programs, followed by QC of purified compounds using LCMS and NMR.

Hands on experience with conjugation, purification and characterization of antibody drug conjugates, and experience using analytical techniques/instrumentation, including chromatographic techniques such as HIC (Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography) and RP (Reverse Phase), SEC, SDS-PAGE, UV‐Vis. Bio-conjugation experience, protein biochemistry and Chemistry background Must be team player, adheres to timeline, communicative and collaborative.

Actively collaborates with internal teams (Technical Development and Manufacturing, including Supply Chain and Quality, external partners and CROs) to develop and execute robust CMC regulatory strategies.

The key internal stakeholders are the PTR Leadership Team and the global regulatory network (i.e. PDR and DRA), and Pharma Technical functions (e.g. Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Validation, Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT), Technical Development, Product Supply Chain.
