As we enter an exciting phase of growth, FitLab's Finance and HR team are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager. The Payroll & Benefits Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the VP of Human Resources.

Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of HR & Payroll, the Personnel & Finance Coordinator will provide administrative support in matters related to Payroll and Personnel management and Finance Accounts Receivables for Student Housing.

A variety of financial principles and practices including financial reporting, cash management, financial investments, cost allocation plans, budgetary systems, auditing, statistical reporting, advanced payroll accounting, Federal and State withholding requirements, Fair Labor Standards Act, payroll and benefits, and computerized municipal fund accounting systems.

Timely AR/AP Process for Both Local and Overseas Agents Process AR/AP invoices and create reports for the accounting department Prepare GLOVIS Korea settlement reports, reconcile data weekly and monthly Manage aging invoices Process AR in HMM & ONE portal for Mobis CNT door move regarding Riverside/Ontario/Brea location.

Work closely with the HR Generalist and HR and benefits contractors to ensure that all Payroll/HR/Benefits/Retirement Plan administration processing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Representative Fund focused risk monitoring including, but not limited to:Daily Risk Monitoring including: Private funds' liquidity, interest rate, credit and FX risks using existing system/tools/monitors; help develop / enhance new and existing monitoring toolsCoordinate with portfolio management, asset management, accounting, technology on risk report/process improvements for existing funds.
