BAART Program is looking for a detail oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse to dispense prescribed medications as part of a treatment team in partnership with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors.

The Clinical Social Worker is part of the Client Wellness Team, and will work under the supervision of the Social Work Supervisor in the ERC program. The HFH Enriched Residential Care (ERC) program places homeless individuals with functional deficits into licensed adult residential facilities (ARFs) and residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFEs) and then provides technical assistance/quality assurance services to facility administrators to ensure that HFH clients receive high quality care and attention so that their health, quality of life, and community integration are optimized.

Responsible for maintaining and keeping current various local industrial security databases and spreadsheets in support of management and IS Representatives such as Special Access Programs (SAPS), Critical Assets Assurance Program (CAAP), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), Research and Technology Protection (RTP), COMSEC Accounts, Arms Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) and User Agency POC, as required.

The Clinical Supervisor (MSW/AMFT) will support the program and case managers by assuring the quality of clinical service is being maintained through individual and group supervision techniques.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Manager, and as an individual that has accessed services as a Transitional Age Youth, the Peer Support Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement with youth experiencing homelessness.

Completion of program related to sonography with emphasis on echocardiography or equivalent on-the-job training. Credentialed with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as an Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) required.
