Maintenance SupervisorQualifications and Skills:5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeWorking knowledge of industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and preventive maintenance systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsLeadership and team development skillsStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills across all levels of the organizationKnowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA)Proficient with maintenance software/CMMS systems preferredReliable with a strong work ethicJob Duties:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team in a manufacturing facilityPlan, schedule, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programsEnsure timely response to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtimeConduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facility systemsTroubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues and provide technical guidance to techniciansInstall, align, and ensure proper commissioning of new or upgraded equipmentEnsure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company proceduresTrain, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff performanceMaintain accurate maintenance records and reportsPromote a clean, organized, and safe work environmentBenefits:Paid holidaysVacation timeComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans401k retirement plan with company matchOvertime available1st ShiftMonday - Thursday
