Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Lincoln, NE 68502, USADuration: 0-8 MonthsShift: 2nd Shift 2:00PM - 11:00PMPay Rate: $31.00/HourJob Duties / Responsibilities: Lead and motivate maintenance teams while providing leadership coverage across all departmentsSupport production by stepping in for supervisors as needed and managing maintenance projectsDevelop and maintain work plans to improve plant equipment reliabilityFoster a culture of inclusion, continuity, and continuous improvement across departmentsDirect, train, and develop maintenance team members for assigned areas and shiftsDiagnose maintenance issues using problem-solving and root cause analysis techniquesDrive efficiency by identifying and resolving equipment and maintenance challengesIdentify and eliminate cost and waste using LEAN manufacturing principlesImplement, document, and promote maintenance and reliability best practicesEnsure smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentQualifications / RequirementsEducation High school diploma or GED with related work experienceExperience Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environmentProven ability to lead, train, and motivate teamsExperience working across multiple shifts and departmentsAbility to work any shift based on business needsSkills Strong technical aptitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)General computer competencyExperience using SAP softwareStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels
