This remote role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, Workday configuration, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored Workday solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.Job Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Collaborate with business users to collect, analyze, and document functional requirements for Workday FinancialsSolution Design & Configuration – Design and configure Workday Financial modules including but not limited to Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Cash ManagementImplementation Support – Participate in full-cycle Workday implementations, including testing, data conversion, UAT, and go-live supportProcess Optimization – Recommend improvements to financial workflows and reporting using Workday best practices and automation capabilitiesTraining & Documentation – Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide post-implementation supportIntegration Management – Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday Financials and other enterprise systemsCompliance & Reporting – Ensure financial systems meet regulatory requirements and support business intelligence through custom reporting and dashboardsJob Requirements5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, including at least 2+ full-cycle implementationsStrong understanding of financial operations and accounting principlesHands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process setupExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business needs into functional solutions and collaborate with technical teamsWorkday Financials certification is requiredJob BenefitsCompetitive FTE salary range based on experience, education and geographical location of $100,000-130,000 USD.Benefits for Full-time employees include:Paid time offMedical insuranceDental planVision planLife insuranceSTD/LTD DisabilityPaid holidays
