Our team provides an unparalleled guest experience in a serene, restorative environment.Guest Relations & Reservations Agent ResponsibilitiesRespond to guest inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerProvide clear and accurate information regarding programs and bookingsManage reservations, including modifications and cancellationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and detailed notesCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiencesQualificationsExperience in guest relations, hospitality and/or as a Program Guide preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional toneHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneouslyComfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected with internal & onsite teams Proficient with email, scheduling, and reservation systems (or able to learn quickly)Flexible and dependable, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindsetThe Ranch is a Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
