Apply today and join one of Westchester's most enjoyable places to work. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Programs Director at Elev8 Bedford Hills. As a Programs Director, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs. Your responsibilities will include managing program budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring program effectiveness and compliance. A Successful candidate will have experience in Youth Programming, Teaching, Camps, Recreation, or similar fields. A strong understanding of Google Docs and Microsoft Excel is a plus. This position is required to implement new programming as well as grow current programs. The Program Director should be comfortable with making phone calls and handling face-to-face sales.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience in program managementStrong organizational and strategic planning skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredAbility to work effectively within a small team and stakeholdersExperience in budget management and resource allocation is a plusNights and weekends will be required at times
