As Actively scales, the quality of the people we hire - across AEs, SDRs, Sales Ops, RevOps, Enablement, Partnerships, and GTM leadership - directly determines our trajectory.We're looking for a high-agency, outbound-driven Sourcer who wants to build something meaningful: the hiring engine for a company shaping how enterprise revenue teams operate. You'll partner directly with our CRO and GTM leaders to identify exceptional talent, craft outreach strategies, and bring in the people who will define the future of our business.If you thrive on the chase, love finding high-caliber operators before anyone else sees them, and want to work inside a company that GTM people actually want to join, this is the role.What You'll DoEnterprise AE + SDR Sourcing (Primary)Build outbound pipelines for Enterprise AEs ($150K-$400K+ ACV sellers)Source SDRs capable of generating VP/CRO-level meetingsCold call + run high-volume outbound sequencing dailyScreen and qualify talent with strong pattern recognitionDeliver consistent, metric-driven weekly pipeline outputBroader GTM Support (Secondary)Source across Sales Ops, RevOps, Enablement, Partnerships, and GTM leadershipMaintain ATS hygiene and coordinate early stages where neededPartner tightly with the GTM Recruiter + CRO on profile calibrationWho You Are3+ years sourcing or recruiting in SaaS/GTM or agencyProven experience finding Enterprise AEs and/or strong SDRsConfident with cold outreach; metrics-driven operatorStrong pattern recognition across multiple GTM rolesThrives in early-stage, high-speed, high-expectation environmentsWhy JoinIt's not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a well-funded startup that's scaling very fast.
