Solutions Engineer

Role: Solutions Engineer responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and technical support in cloud security solutions.Responsibilities: Exceed sales targets by presenting Netskope's architecture to senior security management, creating demos, and leading Proof of Concepts (POCs). Engage with customers to understand needs, provide product solutions, and support successful evaluations. Deliver presentations at conferences, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and gather feedback for product improvements. Support customer success and satisfaction, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years in solutions/system engineering with strong communication, presentation, and customer empathy. Experience with security solutions, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and systems administration (Linux, MacOS, Windows). Knowledge of security protocols, identity providers, and cloud integrations. Scripting skills (Python, REST API) and security certifications are advantageous. Ability to influence diverse audiences and travel as needed.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.Compensation: Salary range of $177,500—$253,000 USD, with potential bonuses, stock options, and benefits.
