Business Analyst

Eaton is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Treasury and Audit Applications team as part of the Mobility Spin-Off. This role will work closely with two Scrum Masters / Project Managers and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.The BA will be heavily involved in requirements gathering, UAT, implementation support, and SDLC documentation, with primary focus on Treasury systems, and secondary support for Audit and CoStar applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport two Scrum Masters / PMs across multiple application workstreamsPrimary focus allocation:60% Treasury applications20% Audit applications20% CoStar / Real Estate systemsElicit, document, and manage business and functional requirementsSupport UAT planning, execution, and defect triageParticipate in application implementations and enhancementsCollaborate with developers, system architects, and product ownersMaintain BA artifacts including user stories, process flows, and test casesSupport full SDLC activities from requirements through deploymentPR: 22We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
