Infor M3 ERP Analyst

Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.What You Will Experience In This PositionParticipate in global ERP implementation projects working closely with cross-functional business teamsServe as the subject matter expert for Infor M3, providing functional and technical support to business usersDeliver end-user training and first-line support for both M3 and associated desktop tools as they relate to ERP operationsConduct business process reviews and user experience workshops to fully engage and understand business requirements and M3 standard features in the M3 Logistics moduleProvide in-depth gap analysis documents and functional specifications based on business requirementsProvide additional M3 configurations and /or refine the existing application configurationsParticipate in prototyping, testing, and implementation of new M3 functionality to enhance business processes.Be responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsUnderstand capabilities of Infor M3 and build core knowledge about software configuration through internal and external trainingHelp create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption and develop a community of expertsPartner with Infor and third-party vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and patch managementAcademic BackgroundBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experiencePrevious ExperienceIdeally, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP, including system configuration and user supportFull life-implementation experience with ERP platforms (M3 preferred)Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
