Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-FridayPay Rate: $16/hrWhat You'll Do:Assemble electrical and electromechanical devices using hand tools and equipment Build and connect cables, harnesses, and chassis modules following instructions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets Perform verification testing and inspections to ensure quality standards Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality compliance Collaborate with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For:Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and documentation Comfortable using basic hand tools (torque wrenches, dial indicators, test devices, etc.) Ability to work with small or delicate components accurately Positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work High School Diploma or GED required No prior experience necessary - training provided
