Branch Operations Manager (Restoration)

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations for a growing restoration company. This role oversees project execution, team performance, and customer satisfaction across water, fire, mold, and other restoration services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations across multiple restoration projects from intake to completionLead, coach, and schedule field teams and project managersEnsure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standardsMonitor KPIs (cycle time, margins, customer satisfaction) and drive improvementsCoordinate with sales, estimating, and insurance partnersEnsure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations (IICRC preferred)Qualifications5+ years of operations or project management experience in restoration, construction, or related fieldStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with Xactimate or similar estimating tools preferredAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent on-time project delivery with strong marginsHigh customer satisfaction and repeat/referral businessEngaged, productive field teams with low turnover
