Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift) Location: Flint, MI Company Overview: Emterra Environmental USA Corp is a leading provider of recycling and waste disposal solutions. Position Summary: The 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor is essential to our team, ensuring that our fleet of diesel garbage trucks is well-maintained and ready for daily routes. This role involves coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities during the evening shift, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced, repaired, and compliant with safety and environmental regulations. Benefits and Compensation:Competitive Pay.Paid holidays.PTO up to 2 weeks.Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits401K Responsibilities:Schedule and manage maintenance tasks for our fleet of diesel garbage trucks during the 2nd shift to ensure all vehicles are ready for the next day's routes.Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, services, and any parts replacements, using our maintenance management system.Act as the main contact for the 2nd shift maintenance team, providing clear instructions on priorities and ensuring effective communication between shifts.Monitor maintenance procedures to ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations, particularly related to diesel engines and emissions.Identify areas where maintenance processes can be improved to enhance vehicle performance and reduce downtime.
