Must have a nurturing and patient approach, and be able to create a safe and stimulating environment for newborns. Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary. Previous experience in newborn care preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours and collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers.
