Service Electrician

As the Service Electrician you will perform different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field.Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person.Perform other duties assigned by the manager.High School Diploma or General Education DegreeThree to five years of commercial electrical experience Valid driver’s licenseAbility to multitask while staying organizedStrong verbal and written communications skillsPositive customer service skillsWE OFFERCompany Provided VehicleCompany Provided Gas CardMonthly Cell Phone Allowance22 Days PTO with Cash Out OptionsMedical (free for the employee), Vision, Dental and Life benefits401K with Matching Contribution
