At F45 Northport, we are focused on Building a strong,supportive community while helping our members achieve their fitness goals.Position OverviewWe are seeking a results driven Studio Manager to lead our F45 Northport location.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving results, leading a team,and growing a strong fitness community. You will be responsible for sales performance, day-to-day operations, and delivering an exceptional member experience in a fast-paced, high-energyenvironment.If you’re organized, initiative-taking, and confident in converting leads into long-term members,this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow within a global fitness brand.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsOversee daily studio operations to ensure seamless and high-quality memberexperience.Manage staff scheduling and ensure consistent coverage across all classes and shifts.Maintain and optimize operational systems (e.g., Mindbody, Loyalsnap)Ensure the studio consistently meets brand standards for cleanliness, organization, andprofessionalism.SalesDrive new membership sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue goals.Manage all incoming leads (calls, texts, social media, DMs, and walk-ins) with urgencyand professionalism.Conduct studio tours, consultations, and new member onboarding.Execute structured follow-up strategies to convert leads and improve retention.Implement structured follow-up systems to convert and improve retention.Track and report key sales metrics, including conversion rates, response times,and retention.Proactively re-engage inactive members and maximize lifetime value.MarketingExecute member communications across email, SMS, and in-studio channels.Lead local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.Manage and grow the studio’s social media presence and engagement.Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community partners.Support and promote studio events, challenges, and promotions.HQ Education & DevelopmentComplete and implement F45 HQ Induction, onboarding and training programs.Participating in ongoing sales and marketing development opportunitiesStay aligned with brand standards, systems, and best practices.Continuously develop leadership, sales, and operational skill setsExperience & Qualifications1+ years of experience in fitness sales and marketingProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance driven environmentPassion for fitness, community, and delivering results.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)Performance-based commission and bonus opportunitiesComplementary F45 membershipOpportunity for career growth within a global fitness brandHigh-energy, team-oriented work environmentAccess to the studio and additional perks
