We operate facilities across the country to deliver speed, scale, and service, while maintaining a workplace culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.About the RoleAs an Assembler at RiteScreen, you will play a key role in our production process, using hand tools and pneumatic equipment to construct metal screen frames according to customer specifications. Your work helps ensure products meet the quality standards our customers expect while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Assembly & Tool OperationUse hand tools and pneumatic equipment, including staking machines, to construct screen frames according to specifications.Inspect completed products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met.Maintain steady workflow between production stages.Quality AssuranceMonitor production for inconsistencies and promptly report concerns to supervisors.Resolve minor production issues and escalate larger problems when needed.Maintenance & Material FlowKeep tools, equipment, and workstations organized and in proper working condition.Notify materials handlers when supplies or replacements are needed to avoid downtime.Safety & CollaborationFollow all company safety protocols, including PPE requirements, and participate in ongoing safety training.Maintain clean and organized workspaces using 5S principles.Collaborate with teammates and cross-train in other areas as needed to support production needs.What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be at least 18 years old due to manufacturing equipment and safety requirements.Two or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Physical DemandsTo successfully perform essential job functions, employees must be able to:Stand frequently and perform repetitive tasks in a steady-paced environment.Move about the facility to access materials and machinery.Lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.Use manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to assemble products and operate equipment safely.Why Join Us?At RiteScreen, we're not just building screens we're building careers.
