The successful candidate will be tasked with transforming complex electrical infrastructure into a repeatable, manufacturable, and high-performance product, with a focus on end-to-end electrical scope, influencing electrical architecture, and driving standardization across deployments. This is a senior leadership position that requires a hands-on approach, from early architecture decisions to manufacturing integration and field performance. The role offers the opportunity to work in a builder's environment, with true ownership of electrical outcomes and the chance to leave a lasting impact on the delivery of hyperscale infrastructure. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems, with a proven track record of ownership from design to deployment. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and leading a dedicated electrical team and driving cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have a background in mission-critical redundancy architectures, experience in high-reliability environments, and exposure to prefabrication or modular construction. While an Electrical Engineering degree is not mandatory, a PE, Master Electrician, or equivalent senior field leadership experience is highly valued.
