Maintenance Technician

Job Description SoPark Corporation, a contract electronics service provider supplying OEM's with printed circuit board and electromechanical assemblies, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery/mechanical equipment.Position Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum productivity and quality while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production/facilities equipment. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.Point person for safety and regulatory compliance. Member of the Safety Committee.Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repair of production machines.Be ready to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of productionUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.Work on special projects as assigned.Education and/or Experience:At least 3 years of experience with troubleshooting and repair is required.Skills required:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational skillsComputer skillsAnalytical aptitudeBenefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Reimbursement AccountPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffSick Time401k
