We are committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which in turn contributes directly to our success.Workplace CoordinatorFull-timeMonday - Friday 8 am-5 pmPay: $31per hourLocation: Washington DC 20005Job Description:Duties And ResponsibilitiesGreet all guests and be responsible for creating a warm welcoming experience.Oversee the appearance of the reception and conference room areas; ensuring they are always presentable and ready to welcome incoming visitors, vendors, and VIP guests.Manage guest security badges; documenting check-out and check-in and deactivations when security badge or fob is lost.Act as the primary contact for any building-related issues and place service request tickets with Building Maintenance (i.e. HVAC/climate control requests, spills, damage to structural space, etc.)Stock & tidy kitchen pantries & workroom office suppliesAdm Experience in scheduling, vetting, and communicating with hospitality vendors to procure the following services (catering, hotel reservations, parking, event planning, breakout rooms)Adm Experience in scheduling, vetting, and communicating with facilities vendors to procure the following services (appliance repair, facilities related issues with office space, property management, etc.) Provide administrative support on various Excel-related projects.Ability to manage multiple documents for projects from multiple vendors.Ability to problem solve and work independentlyAbility to read documents in detail and comprehend what is written.Ability to multitask for event execution.”Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.Prepare USPS Mail & Accountable Express packages for outbound shipmentSkills And Educational RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDExperience a plus.Excellent customer service skills.Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, MS Teams)Good written and oral Communication skillsAble to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental InsuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programVision insurance
