Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Base Salary - $40,000 - $48,000 State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
