A company is looking for a Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website
Develop and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates
Monitor page performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of hands-on Webflow experience
Experience in conversion rate optimization or related performance marketing roles
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B and multivariate testing
Proficiency with experimentation platforms and analytics tools
Experience optimizing high-traffic eCommerce websites or mobile applications preferred
