The Lead Full Stack Engineer will support Commercial Lending technology, focused on modernizing loan origination and servicing platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can drive design, build scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices, contribute across the front end, and help guide engineering teams in an AWS cloud-native environment.Responsibilities:Lead technical design and architecture for commercial lending applications.Build and modernize Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based platforms.Develop front-end features using Vue.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.Design scalable cloud-native applications deployed in AWS.Support event-driven, domain-driven, and API-based integration patterns.Mentor engineers, contribute to code reviews, and help raise technical standards.Partner with product and engineering teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and quality.Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices.Full stack experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular.AWS cloud-native application development experience.Strong understanding of database design, REST APIs, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.Experience with Kafka, event streaming, CQRS, domain-driven design, or multithreading is a plus.Proven ability to lead technical design, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with development.
