Our client is a European-based manufacturer, designer, and distributor of cell counting equipment for research labs, medical, and academic settings.In this role, you will be architects of our client’s new life science business within the respective regions. While you will have a framework and world class support, these roles are not a role with a prescriptive, day to day playbook. The successful hire will be expected to be the driving force, dedicating 70-80% of their time to pursuing opportunities that they identify and cultivate.You will be the first point of contact for our client’s future customers. You will be tasked with the creative and intellectual challenge of connecting our client’s technology with the scientific needs of the most innovative companies in biotechnology. They specialize in developing and producing high-precision instrumentation, providing consistent data for a myriad of customers across biotech, pharma, and academic industry segments.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Own the Pipeline: Take full ownership of the top-of-funnel prospect pipeline within your region. Proactively identify, research, and qualify new leads and prospects within the biopharma, biotech, and academic sectors.• Think Outside the Box: Design and execute innovative outreach strategies. You’ll move beyond standard emails to find creative ways to connect with key decision-makers, researchers, and lab managers.• Become a Trusted Advisor: Nurture initial relationships by understanding the unique scientific challenges and workflow needs of potential customers and adeptly introducing them to our client’s platform.• Strategize and Collaborate: Work closely with the US commercial team and Copenhagen-based product experts to co-develop go-to-market frameworks and provide real-time feedback from the field.• Master Your Craft: Continuously learn and adapt.
