This is a strategic hire with a defined succession path — the current VP of Estimating is planning to retire in the next 2–3 years, and the individual who steps into this role will be directly positioned to take over the department and lead the full estimating team.About the RoleAs the Chief Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and winning a diverse range of projects across the Chicagoland area.
