**Job Title: Server** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal Server candidate should have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and make them feel welcome. The candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and should have experience handling cash and making change accurately. The candidate should have a deep understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, and should be able to enforce these procedures effectively. The candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and should have reliable transportation. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred, but not required. A cover letter and 3 references is required with your resume. **Duties:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Handle payments and operate POS systems such as Aloha POS - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas - Adhere to food safety standards at all times **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred - Knowledge of food service procedures and hospitality best practices - Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of food safety regulations If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the Server position.
